Founded in 1995, J.A.S. Motorsport was created to compete at the highest levels of professional motorsport, combining engineering, passion, and performance. Since 1998, it has been an official Honda Racing partner, developing winning cars for WTCC, TCR, ERC, and CTCC. Today, the company operates from modern facilities on the outskirts of Milan, with departments dedicated to chassis development, electronics, assembly, and testing. The 3,500 m² headquarters is the core of an organization that blends innovation, precision, and racing spirit. With a global presence and victories across circuits and rallies worldwide, J.A.S. has become a symbol of technical excellence and a true culture of competition.
The intervention by 3D Beta in the new Arluno facility has transformed the workshop into a modern, high-performance space. The rational organization of the work areas allows for greater operational freedom and production capacity, making it possible to build multiple vehicles at the same time. The use of modular solutions and durable materials ensures order, cleanliness, and long-term durability, enhancing both comfort and safety for the technical staff.
A new home for speed and innovation: the new J.A.S. Motorsport workshop in Arluno represents the natural evolution of a journey that began almost thirty years ago.
The goal was to optimize production spaces, improve workflow, and create an environment where technology and design could work in perfect harmony. For this project, J.A.S. chose 3D Beta as its technical partner, relying on their expertise in setting up high-performance workshops.
Every area has been carefully designed to provide functionality and comfort: assembly zones, testing areas, and storage now coexist within a dynamic layout that is fully aligned with the brand’s identity.
