This is the context for the project to acquire 100% ownership of VGF, a company based in Carate Brianza and specialised in high-end powder coating for third parties.
The long experience gained by VGF in the sector of interior and exterior furnishing components increases the assets of our company and the range of finishes available for architectural projects. The painting service for third parties remains operative, which guarantees thetraditional values of reliability, flexibility, quality and technological competence.

The production process is characterised by a series of non-traditional conversion pre-treatment operations: degreasing at 50/60°C, rinsing at room temperature, 2nd rinsing plus a final ramp from the demineraliser at 40/50°, blowing and drying with air cones at over 120°C.
Powder finishing is carried out in two automatic cyclone cabins. The entire plant is built in stainless steel. The bell polymerisation oven allows a constant temperature to be maintained on the product, guaranteeing an optimal finish. We are equipped with a thermo-painting plant and a sandblasting plant to meet all needs.
