The production process is characterised by a series of non-traditional conversion pre-treatment operations: degreasing at 50/60°C, rinsing at room temperature, 2nd rinsing plus a final ramp from the demineraliser at 40/50°, blowing and drying with air cones at over 120°C.
Powder finishing is carried out in two automatic cyclone cabins. The entire plant is built in stainless steel. The bell polymerisation oven allows a constant temperature to be maintained on the product, guaranteeing an optimal finish. We are equipped with a thermo-painting plant and a sandblasting plant to meet all needs.
